Christine Tran

Director of Residential and Investment Team

hristine is an Australian-educated university graduate with a broad background in accounting and auditing. She also studied at the University of London, earning her Masters’ Degree.

Christine has diverse experience in business and worked for the world biggest consulting firms including Ernst & Young (Big4), Mazars (The World Top 5 Financial Consulting Services Provider), working her magic in each company’s auditing department.

Christine has an innate passion for real estate. After working in the UK for several years, she returned home to take up a job as a Sales Manager in Savills, toghether with her German boss, she established the First International Sales team consulting for foreigner in Vietnam in 2015.

After that, she worked for Indochina Capital Group where she established and managed a subsidary firm specialising in property consulting for International Investors. Today, Christine brings her years of business and investment experience to La Quinta.

Donghwan Kim

Associate Director

Donghwan’s journey began when he graduated from King’s College at the University of London, a well-known university in the UK.

He has diverse experience in Strategy Consulting, worked for Global Consulting Firm, PwC and Korean’s Largest Consultancy Firm, Nemo Partners SCG. Donghwan also joined a craft beer startup companies, KABREW, as strategy marketing Manager and contributed the company to become the biggest and most successful player in the industry.

After learning of the growth possibility of Vietnam real estate, he moved here and now manages Business Development and Marketing Activities at La Quinta.

Thi Duong

Relationship Manager

As a liaison between La Quinta and its valued clients, Minh Thi is a valuable part of the La Quinta team.

She finds honesty, creativity and dedication to be the most valuable qualities for success, and she is here to ensure that each client’s goals and priorities are kept in mind every step of the way.

Excellent in leadership skills and quick problem solving, Minh Thih can communicate in 3 different languages! She holds a Bachelor of Education and Psychology from Asia-Pacific International University in Thailand, where she was the president of The Student Council in 2013.

From 2012 to 2018, Minh Thi travelled to 13 different countries for missions. While working overseas, she learned to find the greatest qualities in others and in herself. Minh Thi believes that her time spent with diverse cultures and different lifestyles was crucial in developing the ethics she practices in her career today at La Quinta.

Victoria Hoang

Associate Director

Since 2015 – when laws changed to better facilitate foreign investing – Victoria has been purely focused on foreign investment in Vietnam.

She is a leader in the market with a deep level of understanding when it comes to the specifics of the field. Each day, she implements her high level of experience in dealing with foreign markets while working at La Quinta.

Being of Vietnamese origin but raised in Russia, she has a good understanding of both mentalities, Western and Asian. She has a high level of fluency in four languages including Russian, English, French and Vietnamese. This gives her a strong advantage in a multicultural environment.

Thomas Tran

Property consultant

Thomas graduated Advance diploma from Seneca College in Toronto with Business Administration degree in management

Thomas’s communication skills come from working with a diverse environment in sales and customer service in the food and grocery industry, restaurant industry and service including Instacart, Walmart, and President choice firm in Toronto.

Thomas has an innate passion for real estate. Since he has to develop real estate knowledge in Toronto. Thomas spends his free time looking at great areas in Toronto like North York, Markham, Midtown, and Vaughan. He has developed knowledge to analyze the potential area for both investment and rental.

Thomas’ background in service and real estate comes from his family background. He had an heir to real estate from his family for over 20 years.

In his current job, Thomas ensures to guides the best project that is suitable for the client’s need and want. He will ask for clients’ needs and listen to what clients want. Furthermore, he can advise the best layout and project to his clients. Therefore, Thomas is great contribution to La Quinta’s achievement in the now and the future.

Tram

Over 10 years of experience working in various positions in the field of Apartments, Hotels such as Sherwood Residence, Holiday Inn and Suite Saigon Airport, Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort… So she has a lot of knowledge, property management skills and best services for the customers.

With Trâm, diligence, attentiveness, and patience, these are the keys to resolving all customer issues. As the Senior Property Management in La Quinta, she always ensures that all your assets are always in the best condition.

Hoa

Hoa's s career journey has uniquely positioned her to excel as Senior Property Management at La Quinta. Her extensive expertise and proficiency have been honed through her previous management of upscale hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. Her tenure at these establishments has provided her with profound insights into the intricacies of property management and the unique demands of the hospitality industry.

With a degree in Economics from the National University of Ho Chi Minh City, Quyen understands the paperwork and process well, and will guide you through a smooth, stress-free home buying or selling experience.
