The general contractor is Ricons; the architecture and landscape consultant is studioMilou (Singapore), interior design is by ONG&ONG (Singapore), and project supervision is by CORE.
MIK Group is one of Vietnam’s established real estate groups, widely known for its Imperia residential brand, with notable projects in Hanoi such as Imperia Sky Garden and Imperia Smart City. Ricons — the general contractor for Imperia Sensa Park — also delivered The Matrix One and Imperia Smart City.
This project marks MIK Group’s first major move into the Ho Chi Minh City market, introducing the “Discovery Residences” concept a living experience centred on discovery, nature connection and multi-generational amenities into the fast-developing East Saigon corridor along Ring Road 2.
Imperia Sensa Park fronts Ring Road 2 bordering the Rach Chiec river and close to Phu Huu Bridge. The development sits within the same growth corridor as The Global City and the Rach Chiec National Sports Complex redevelopment, near Metro Line 1 and the An Phu interchange connecting to Thu Thiem and District 1. Residents can reach central Ho Chi Minh City in approximately 20–30 minutes, with convenient access to the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway toward Long Thanh International Airport.
